Christopher Gatley
Chief Executive Officer, Director
Chris’s 40-year home building career includes leadership roles across nearly all aspects of real estate development and construction. He began his career with the Gregory Group where he oversaw the development of 2000 homes in over 30 communities. In 1998 he co-founded Home Finishes, a subcontracting firm, providing large-home builders with pre and post-warranty services. After growing the business to nearly 700 employees with offices in multiple states, the principals successfully negotiated a sale to Owens Corning. Chris has since returned to home building, founding Edenbridge Homes, a privately held and funded residential development firm where he continues to manage all portions of the business. Chris was class of ’80, BS Construction Management, California Polytechnic Sate University, San Luis Obispo.
Jeff Witous
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Jeff's career spans 35 years in the technology industry, including leadership positions in the 1980’s with Digital Equipment Corporation and Sun Microsystems, Inc. He has been CEO for six public and private software companies, leading a successful IPO in 1996 and Secondary Public Offering in 1997. He later co-founded a technology-focused private equity firm, and as General Partner acquired more than a dozen later stage software companies. In the past eight years he has made significant personal and partnership investments in over 20 early stage technology companies. Today Jeff is semi-retired, sits on six Boards, including one non-profit, guest lectures at various universities, and mentors high school and college students. He and his wife are active in a number of philanthropic and entrepreneurship organizations. Jeff was class of ’83, Business Administration, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Gregg Stratton
Secretary, Director
Gregg’s career spans 33 years in the aerospace and technology industries, beginning with design of stabilized airborne gimbals for the Strategic Defense Initiative in the late 1980’s for the Hughes Aircraft Company. He transitioned into the technology industry with the start-up company, Appoint, Inc., designing computer mice and trackballs for the then-revolutionary personal computer graphical user interface. Gregg rejoined the aerospace industry enjoying increasing engineering leadership positions with Lockheed Martin Corporation, working in various Space Launch divisions. Today Gregg is the Systems Engineering Manager with Lockheed Martin Space at Vandenberg AFB, working with payloads of National importance. Gregg was class of ’87, BS Mechanical Engineering, California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
